WHY AND HOW TO DONATE?

At Reality Gives, we believe that where you start in life shouldn’t determine where you finish. By donating to our programs, you are helping to fund quality education for children and young people in underprivileged areas.

Reality Gives provides two Online Payment Gateway through Danamojo and Paypal to make your donation to us easy, secure, and efficient.

Your gift will make a real difference to the lives of the students and teachers at our learning centers across Mumbai and Delhi.

Can you use my donation for a specific aspect of your work?

We do prefer to use donations to fund whichever of our services are most in need, but if you would like us to use your gift towards a specific aspect of our work we will comply wherever possible. Please do contact us via [email protected] to discuss what options are available.

Will I receive an acknowledgement of my donation?

When you donate online you will receive an email confirmation of your donation almost immediately. If you send us a donation by paying directly into our bank we will also send confirmation by email, unless you advise us that you don’t need one.

Do you prefer people to make regular gifts rather than one-off donations?

Long-term donations enable us to plan for the future and ensure money is available where it is needed most. Regular gifts mean a consistent, predictable income so we can plan and budget better, making us more efficient.

Is there another way to donate if I don't want to donate via PayPal or DanaMojo?

Yes, we understand that everyone has different preferences when making a donation. It is also possible to make a direct Bank Transfer into our UK or INR account. Please email us via [email protected] for further details.

Can I donate specific items like food or clothes?

Unfortunately, no, although we appreciate the kind gesture we are only able to accept in-kind donations that we can use directly on our educational programs. It is always recommended to contact us and find out what our most urgent needs are via [email protected]

Can I donate cash to Reality Gives?

No, we do not accept cash donations for compliance reasons. There are multiple online methods of donating which are secure but if you still have any questions please email us via [email protected]

IN-KIND DONATIONS

An alternative way to support Reality Gives is with an in-kind donation. Our programs always have requirements for stationery and on occasion, we do have a need for technology items.
