Originally from London, Jonny has a degree in Business Studies from Leicester, UK. He discovered his true calling in education and completed further studies in teaching, teacher training and curriculum development before moving to India in 2010, where he met Reality Gives co-founders Chris and Krishna. Jonny worked closely with the founders to shape Reality Gives, focusing on curriculum development and strategy.

Over the years, he has held roles such as Strategy Advisor, Curriculum Development Director, and Education Director. He designed Reality Gives’ English Teacher Training programs, empowering women in the community to become exceptional teachers. Additionally, he developed the English, Digital Literacy, and Life Skills curricula, which have been central to the organization’s educational programs since 2009.

In his free time, Jonny enjoys being in nature, farming, and tending to his chickens at his farm in Portugal, where he lives and works remotely.
