Marchang, known as Tunao to all of us, is originally from the northeastern state of Manipur but moved to Delhi in 2010. She holds an M.A. in Psychology from Panjab University. She interned for three months at MSF India (Médecins Sans Frontières) and worked as a data analyst in Delhi. 

Her passion for helping people led her to Reality Gives in 2016. She completed our English Teacher Program in Delhi and became one of our first English teachers at our Community Centre in Sanjay Colony. Thanks to her empathetic nature and background in psychology, she also specialized in teaching our Life Skills course. She later became the Centre Manager, playing a key role in the organization’s growth within the community.

Tunao loves singing and cooking, especially experimenting with different cuisines and spicy food. She also enjoys watching movies and dining out with friends. She considers her father her role model, as he taught her to appreciate the beauty of life.
