Pratibha is originally from Maharashtra and lived in Dharavi for 11 years before moving to Navi Mumbai, where she now resides with her husband and son. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Information Technology) and first joined Reality Gives in 2015 through its English course.

Her passion for education and technology stood out, leading her to become a Digital Literacy Teacher. Shortly after, she joined and completed the Reality Gives English Teacher Training Program and went on to educate hundreds of students in Dharavi. After moving out of Dharavi, Pratibha worked as a Software Tester, gaining valuable industry experience. However, her passion for education brought her back to Reality Gives in 2024, as a Teacher Development Trainer, a role that sees her both teaching students and training existing and new teachers

In her free time, she enjoys learning new things, especially about technology, and reading Marathi books.
