Born and raised in Mumbai, Ravi’s family roots trace back to Karnataka. His journey with Reality Gives began in 2010 as a student before joining as an IT teacher. He then advanced to Program Coordinator, later Assistant Manager, and is now the Manager of our Community Centre in Dharavi, Mumbai.

Over the years, alongside growing in his career, he has also built his own family—he is now married and a proud father of two. Deeply connected to our students, he is a beloved figure who understands their challenges firsthand, having walked the same path himself.

Ravi enjoys listening to relaxing music and playing cricket. His favourite food is biryani. His role model is his mother, who, despite many struggles, taught him the values of hard work, honesty, and resilience.
