Sandeep earned a master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, studying at both their San Francisco and Shanghai campuses. He began his career in the education and non-profit sector as a Teach for India fellow, teaching at a low-income school in Mumbai. Since then, he has worked as a consultant on various education projects to improve program efficiency and outcomes.

Sandeep lives in Mumbai with his family, including his daughter, but he is originally from a rural village in Maharashtra. This fuels his passion for driving change in rural communities. He joined Reality Gives as Director of Operations in 2022, managing the organization’s operations, programs, and new initiatives across all communities.

In his spare time, he loves binge-watching TV, running distance races, and exploring nature and remote places.
